LifeLab was commissioned by MWEB to develop team managers in their Customer Contact Centre to develop a Coaching approach within their management style. A comprehensive programme was designed which included an Emotional Intelligence 360 degree assessment and individual coaching to support implementation of learning through the programme. Managers were trained in an approach to coaching based on experiential learning. Follow up sessions enabled skills to be embedded.
An Organisational Change intervention, Imagine MWEB, was conducted within MWEB Operations, using an Appreciative Inquiry methodology in which employees collaboratively studied the best of the organisational practices and developed a change agenda that sought to enhance existing strengths in the business.
