Ms. Paizee holds a BA from the University of Cape Town and an Honours degree (Cum Laude) from the University of South Africa. She is a registered Counsellor (PRC.0003964) & Psychometrist (PMT.0077593) with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. After specialized training in conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation, she is an Accredited Mediator with the Family Mediators Association of the Cape (FAMAC). As part of her Continuous Professional Development, Ms. Paizee successfully completed the Correspondence Learning Course on the Basics of Personal Construct Psychology (PCP) & its Methods of Inquiry offered by the University of Hertfordshire. She is also an Accredited Myers-Brigs Type Indicator (MBTI) Assessor having completed the required accreditation course with Jopie Van Rooyen. Ms Paizee has extensive training & experience in the field of trauma & critical incident stress debriefing. With regards to corporate interventions, she has substantial experience in conducting PCP interviews, interpreting results & applying PCP principles to design contextually relevant interventions, providing ongoing individual & group support in implementing sustainable positive change & growth, screening and profiling prospective & existing employees for potentially productive & counter-productive work-related behaviours, team management profile assessments, stress management, as well as mediating & facilitating conflict resolution within a corporate environment.
