Pam Moore

Associate coach

Pam assists executives in their career planning and transitions.  Thinking strategically about their careers is not a pressing issue for most executives neither are they prepared for the challenges that career transitions present.  Having a professional partner lead them through an intuitive and analytical process enables them to better manage the issues they confront.  The work is grounded in theory and more than 30 years’ experience in working in and consulting to blue chip and private companies. At the climax of an executive corporate career Pam combined HR and coaching with strategic planning and capital investment analysis.

Pam acquired an MBA from the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business (UCT-GSB) that developed her strategic skills and futures orientation.  She has lectured on an MBA programme, mentored on an entrepreneurial elective at UCT-GSB and guest lectured executive education programmes at the UCT-GSB and Stellenbosch Business School.  She is a certified Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC Global).
