FOR LEADERS
For leaders who know something needs to shift and aren’t sure what.
Most leaders arrive at a difficult moment not because something has gone wrong, but because something has changed.
THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE
Some moments in a leadership career ask more than the one before. The role has expanded. The environment has shifted. The problems in front of you don’t resolve the way problems used to resolve, and the tools available have changed faster than leadership culture has adapted.
A new role that requires a different presence. A level where influence matters more than expertise. A period of organisational change where clarity is hard to hold and the ground keeps shifting.
The instincts that made you effective, the expertise, the decisiveness, the drive, are no longer sufficient on their own.
This is not a competency gap. It is a transition, and transitions of this kind don’t respond to training. They require sustained, structured coaching: understanding what the new demands actually are, what needs to shift, and how to make that shift deliberately rather than by accident.
HOW WE WORK
The same three moves in every coaching engagement, and what they surface is different every time.
01
Set the aim, not the route
Each engagement begins with careful contracting: what you’re working toward, how progress is measured, and where appropriate alignment with your line manager or sponsor. Objectives clear enough to be accountable to, and room for what you did not know to name, because the work is rarely only what was written down. Both are tracked as the engagement runs, so a review reports what happened rather than what was remembered.
02
Measure what holds, follow what moves
360-degree feedback and profiling give the outside view: how you are seen, set against others. Repertory grid interviewing and live observation give the inside one, which moves as you do. Analysis running across the sessions tracks that movement between assessments. A profile describes the leader you have been. Most of the work is about the next one.
03
Work it when it happens
Development usually arrives on a schedule. The moments that change how you lead do not. A private AI assistant, grounded in your own coaching work, means you can work something the day it comes up. Because it holds the whole engagement, those moments build on each other rather than scattering.
THE ENGAGEMENT
One offer, shaped to the moment you’re in.
Leadership coaching
For the moment when what made you effective stops being enough.

WHO: Leaders in a step-change of role, level or context, and the organisations commissioning coaching for them
TENSION: Changing how you lead, and staying recognisably yourself
FORMAT: Six to twelve months, fortnightly or monthly, in person in Cape Town or virtual, with AI‑augmented tracking and support throughout
WHAT AN ENGAGEMENT CONSISTS OF
Most people are promoted into management because they were excellent at something else. The organisation recognised what they could do individually. It rarely prepares them for what leading others actually requires. Management and leadership sit in ongoing tension in a first-line role, and the programme develops the capacity to hold both rather than choose between them.
The coaching works through the situations you’re actually navigating: the relationships that need to shift, the decisions that require a different kind of thinking, the presence you need to build. Your situations, not hypotheticals or case studies from somebody else’s organisation.
Where relevant: 360-degree feedback such as the ESCI, profiling instruments such as the Enneagram or DISC, and repertory grid interviewing, the method behind our published research. Used to sharpen the coaching conversation, never to replace it or to produce a report.
The assistant runs on CoachNova, an AI-augmented coaching platform. Hosted in the EU, audio never stored, and your material stays yours to download or delete permanently. Your coach can see the assistant conversations, so nothing runs separately from the coaching.
Not a framework. A clearer sense of who you are as a leader, what you’re capable of, and how to keep finding your footing when the ground keeps shifting.
Commissioning coaching for someone else
If you’re commissioning for one or more leaders, we establish a clear brief, align on objectives, and connect the engagement to your organisational context rather than running it in isolation: three-way contracting with line managers, progress reviews at agreed intervals, and summary reporting where appropriate. Coaching can be commissioned on its own or as part of a broader leadership development programme.
Delivered by practitioners with deep cross-sector experience, accredited coaches with EMCC Global or the ICF, matched to the context and level of each leader.
